Tips from the hairdresser
If you need to colour or cut you hair do it a week or 10 days before the time.
- Avoid harsh colours eg. Colouring your hair black unless that’s your natural tone.
- Do not choose a style that is totally not you, if you’re the tomboy type,
locks are not going to do it for you.
- Be carefull of choosing a style that has strong lines and is currently fashionable. A classic style always works best, you do not want to
look back in ten years time, and say “What was I thinking.”
- If your wedding is close to the sea, or if your
picture are taken on the beach, make sure your style does not have lots of stringy bits of hair. This will end up looking scragly and untidy.
- Giving your hairdresser a picture of the hairstyle you like will give her a better idea of what you want.
- Give your hairdresser an idea of what your wedding dress looks like, the hairstyle and wedding dress should compliment each other.
- Take a brush and extra clip to the photo shoot, if you can, take your
hairdresser.
